1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

Welcome to padu33. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and padu33 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the padu33.fun website, mobile app, and all related services we offer.

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the padu33 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms. This agreement takes effect from the moment you first access the platform, regardless of whether you have registered as a member.

If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation or other entity, you warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2 Eligibility to Register

• Being an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• Not being subject to any prohibition, restriction, or court order that prevents you from using an online gambling platform.

3 Registration and Account Management

You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. padu33 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of protection, available free to all members.

• Notify padu33 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Keep your account information up to date at all times, especially your active email address and phone number.
• Do not log in to your padu33 account over an unsecured public Wi-Fi network.
• Log out of your account every time you finish using a shared device.

Padu33 will not be liable for any losses arising from the use of your account by another party due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions at padu33 are processed through secure and trusted payment channels. Our platform supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods including online banking, digital wallets, and other payment methods listed on the Deposit page.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the limits set for each payment method and can be reviewed on the Deposit us.

• Welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback bonuses, and seasonal promotions each carry different rollover requirements and validity periods.

• Each member is entitled to one welcome bonus only. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus more than once through multiple accounts will result in the cancellation of all bonuses.

Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in the immediate suspension of your account, cancellation of all pending bonuses and wins, and where necessary, appropriate legal action.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the padu33 platform, including but not limited to website design, graphics, logos, text, software, user interfaces, and gaming materials, is the exclusive property of padu33 or our licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use the padu33 platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, padu33 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including:

10 Account Closure and Suspension
